The new high-yield carding machine overcomes some of the speed transmission defects of the old carding machine while ensuring process requirements. Rolling bearings are used on high-speed rotating parts, oil containing bearings are used on general rotating parts, and new transmission materials (such as nylon toothed belts and strong nylon flat belts) are used on individual rotating parts, reducing friction losses, improving transmission accuracy, and reducing noise. At the same time, safety protection measures have been fully considered in the transmission design.
This is an important technical measure to strengthen the combing effect and increase the output of the carding machine. At present, China has designed and manufactured various types of metal wire fabrics suitable for various fiber applications, such as Xilin and Dove, which provide important conditions for designing new high-yield carding machines.
